Short version
Mono collects nothing. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Everything you type stays on your iPhone.
What the app stores and where
Transactions, categories, accounts, budgets, goals and settings are written to a database inside the app’s own container on your device (an App Group shared with the Mono widgets). Nothing is uploaded anywhere. If you use iCloud device backups, that database is included in your own backup, encrypted by Apple under your account — the developer has no access to it.
Data collected
None. In App Store terms: Data Not Collected. The developer receives no personal data, no usage statistics, no crash reports and no identifiers from the app.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Notifications — a local reminder to log your expenses and a notification after an automatic entry. Notifications are scheduled on the device; nothing is sent through a server.
- Face ID / Touch ID — only to unlock the app, and only if you turn the lock on. Authentication is performed by iOS; the app receives a yes-or-no answer and never sees biometric data.
Shortcuts and Apple Pay
The automatic logging of Apple Pay purchases is an automation you create yourself in Apple’s Shortcuts app. Shortcuts passes the amount, the merchant and the card name to Mono, and Mono writes them to the same on-device database. The app cannot read Wallet, bank accounts or payment cards on its own, and it has no network access to send that data anywhere.
Export and deletion
“More → Export to CSV” creates a file with all your transactions, which you can save or share yourself. To delete everything, delete the app — the database goes with it. Individual records can be deleted inside the app at any time.
Children
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the new text will be published on this page with a new date.

Что хранится и где
Операции, категории, счета, бюджеты, цели и настройки лежат в базе внутри контейнера приложения на устройстве (в общей группе с виджетами Mono). Никуда не отправляются. Если вы делаете резервные копии iPhone в iCloud, эта база попадает в вашу копию — она зашифрована Apple под вашей учётной записью, у разработчика доступа к ней нет.
Какие данные собираются
Никакие. В терминах App Store — Data Not Collected. Разработчик не получает ни персональных данных, ни статистики использования, ни отчётов об ошибках, ни идентификаторов.
Разрешения, которые может запросить приложение
- Уведомления — напоминание записать траты и уведомление после автозаписи. Планируются на устройстве, через сервер ничего не идёт.
- Face ID / Touch ID — только чтобы открыть приложение, и только если вы включили замок. Проверяет лицо или отпечаток сама iOS; приложение получает ответ «да» или «нет» и биометрию не видит.
Команды и Apple Pay
Автозапись оплат Apple Pay — это автоматизация, которую вы создаёте сами в приложении «Команды». Команды передают приложению сумму, продавца и название карты, а приложение записывает их в ту же базу на устройстве. Само приложение не читает Wallet, счета и карты и не имеет доступа к сети, чтобы куда-то эти данные отправить.
Экспорт и удаление
«Ещё → Экспорт в CSV» собирает файл со всеми операциями — сохраняете или отправляете его сами. Чтобы удалить всё, удалите приложение: база уходит вместе с ним. Отдельные записи можно удалить внутри приложения в любой момент.
Дети
Приложение не собирает персональные данные ни у кого, включая детей.
